At LusheiMarket, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact

⏱ Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh grocery)

  • Personal care & beauty products (opened or used)

  • Digital goods / downloadable products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@lusheimarket.in

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective)

  3. Our team will review and confirm return eligibility

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are available for damaged, defective, or wrong products

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed and must follow the return process

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the product and place a new order.

8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, we bear the return shipping cost

  • For other reasons, return shipping costs may be charged to the customer
