  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be delayed.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions.

  • Cash on Delivery (if available) may carry additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package appears damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.

  • For missing or incomplete orders, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.

  • LusheiMarket is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier partner issues.
